Soiled Stable Laundry Company- Fine Print

Estimated 2-4 weeks, minimum, depending on number of items and services requested.  Items are processed on a First in, First Out system.

If you need an order rushed,, the order will incur an additional 15% charge per item.  

Please submit all rush requests in writing to soiledstable@gmail.com or marked on the laundry ticket when items are tendered to Soiled Stable.

You will be informed of the order completion via email & text message.  An invoice will accompany the notification.

Payment may be made via Venmo or cash upon pick-up or delivery.  Credit or debit cards are accepted with a 2.9% convenience fee added.

Any unpaid invoice, 30 days or older, will be remitted to collections.

Any items unclaimed and/or unpaid after 60 days will be donated to Ridin' High in White Pine TN.  I support their mission in various ways and this will be another.  Unclaimed items may be used for their Therapy Horses & Ponies OR may be sold at their annual tack sale to monetarily support the program.     https://ridinhigh.org/

Any smaller or pony/mini sized items will be donated to the East TN Miniature Horse & Donkey Rescue.  They are an excellent rescue in our area and are a wonderful group to support!  https://www.easttennesseeminiaturehorseanddonkeyrescue.com/

Items conveyed to Soiled Stable Laundry Company may be cancelled before the first service has begun on the items. If service has begun, unserviced items may be cancelled, but fees for any service rendered will be due before pickup. Pickup and/or delivery fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on services rendered.
